Notes:
Built in 1930, it originally was a villa of a Russian aristocrat and later sold to a British businessman.  After liberation, the building was used for a reception facility.  The building is one of the famous landscapes in the Eight Passes villa district for its unique appearance.  Located along the eastern stretches of Beach #2, it combines Roman and Greek architectural styles so as to resemble a miniature castle.  The structure's tower furnishes postcard views of Taiping Bay.  Thick stands of pine trees and manicured gardens surround the mansion making for the perfect setting for a leisurely walk.
