Co-invested and constructed by the governments of Shandong province and City of Qingdao, The Qingdao International Convention Center (QICC) belongs to the Bureau of Qingdao Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation as a government-run establishment.  The Qingdao International Convention Center (QICC) is located at the Century Square of the Qingdao Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone.  It is located at the base of WuShan.  With an area of 250,000 square meters, it currently remains the largest museum for exhibition and convention purposes in Shandong province.
