Surrounded by scenic attractions such as ZhongShan Park,  the Qingdao Arboretum, and the ZhanShan Temple, Qingdao's TV tower provides the best bird's eye view of ShiNan District.  Besides the spectacular panoramic view of Qingdao from aloft this 348 meter tower located on TaiPing Hill, it features a revolving dining hall.  The Olympic hall located on the first floor features an Olympics Museum with 2008 Olympic-themed art.
