Passion Bar Street (a.k.a Romantic Bar Street), located in the Qingdao Marina & Olympic Sailing Center (OSC), has only a few bars open for business and most will close for the winter. This place should be happening come spring 2010. Hopefully they will be back in operation for the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race.
