Notes:
The Qingdao International Yacht Club (QIYC), located in the Qingdao International Marina & Olympic Sailing Center (OSC) on FuShan Bay, was founded in 2005.

In 2007, the Qingdao International Yacht Club (QIYC) participated in its very first America’s Cup as well as helped in the organization and events management of the 2008 Olympic Sailing Regatta, 2008-2009 Volvo Ocean Race, and the many Clipper Round the World Yacht races.

The Qingdao International Yacht Club (QIYC) provides a wide array services to the local sailing and water sports community including yacht, sailboat, and fishing boat leasing as well as a Diving & Fishing Club. The club house (pictured above) was previously used as the Media Center during the Olympic Sailing Regatta with a total floor space of 8000 sqm.
