While I was visiting the Qingdao area of China, I decided to have a pizza as a welcome break from Chinese food. The restaurant looked inviting and very clean. I ordered a pizza and coca cola; the pizza looked and tasted good and was of generous size; the small dish of what contained a yellow substance, tasted quite strange I thought it was some kind of mayonnaise so I put some on the pizza and about 20 minutes later I was violently sick and was laid up in bed for 24 hours, not a pleasant experience at all.
