Notes:
Lisa's Restaurant & Cafe is located close to the Qingdao International Marina on the west side of Hisense Plaza. Lisa's has a selection of western and Mediterranean favorites.  They do have pizza, but the best pizza in town can be found at Luigi's Pizzeria, Papa John's Pizza, or Pizza Hut.
