China Yachting Business Partnership (CYBP) is an international investment house targeting the recreational marine industry, holding investments in various Chinese marine industry manufacturers for international and domestic distribution and sales. CYBP welcomes additional outside sponsors to help cover tuition costs of the youth and volunteer staff for management of daily activities.

A percentage of CYBP's revenues help fund the National Organization of Community Sailing Programs (NOCSP). This non-for-profit program has expanded to over 6 schools throughout China in 2008. The aim of the National Organization of Community Sailing Programs (NOCSP) is to give China's youth from all backgrounds an opportunity to learn the sport of sailing. Every summer Shandong's youth gets opportunities to take part in summer sailing programs run in cities such as Qingdao & Rizhao.
