They have good food, great burgers, and extra spicy nachos.

Canvas: a bottle of Tsingtao is only 10RMB! Now I just hope that they get some chairs outside for the spring and summer and it will be a great place to hang out.

Canvas Cafe - Restaurant: Cozy place, with a Korean library where you can lend books. Very friendly stuff, excellent food and wine, reasonable prices. You have to go there, otherwise you miss one of the highlights in western food in Qingdao. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Canvas Cafe - Restaurant: Perfect place to share good food and excellent wines (for very reasonable prices) in Qingdao. Just hope they can install a non smoking zone - would add a lot more value to the good food.

Canvas is a non-smoking restaurant. I've seen the staff stop customers from smoking many times. I'd be very surprised if there was someone smoking the next time you go.

Keep checking back. From my understanding they are planning on putting some tables and chairs outside.
