Notes:
Canvas Cafe is located in TaiGu Square on ZhongZhou Road Pedestrian Shopping Street in between ZhongZhou 1st & 2nd Roads.  They have good food, decent burgers, and extra spicy nachos with 10 rmb bottles of TisngTao to wash it all down.

I have been there four times now, each time a complete success. Their menu is briliant and the Saturday Night Buffet is excellent value. The house wines are another pleasant surprise.

The Canvas Cafe - Restaurant: We went for Thanksgiving dinner. The atmosphere was great with candles on the window sills, tables and book shelves. The turkey and sides were excellent and there was plenty of them. The staff was very friendly. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

The Canvas Cafe - Restaurant: Overall awesome place. My wife and I go almost once/week (half-priced burgers on Mondays!) and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly, as are the owners who are often on hand. LOVE the music too! Probably a little biased as I own probably every track I've heard on their playlist, but I think any expat from the western world would prefer it over the corny pop covers and Korean ballads played everywhere else here in Qingdao...

The Canvas Cafe - Restaurant: Cozy place, with a Korean library where you can lend books. Very friendly stuff, excellent food and wine, reasonable prices. You have to go there, otherwise you miss one of the highlights in western food in Qingdao. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Canvas: a bottle of Tsingtao is only 10RMB! Now I just hope that they get some chairs outside for the spring and summer and it will be a great place to hang out.
